Pulse & Patterns GmbH – AI-supported IT transformation from Leipzig As a “born-AI” IT implementation, consulting, and service company, we develop innovative solutions at the interface between ServiceNow and artificial intelligence. Our project is funded by the Free State of Saxony as part of the Business Angel Bonus (JTF 2021–2027). Our project Pulse & Patterns GmbH, based in Leipzig, combines state-of-the-art AI technology with in-depth ServiceNow expertise. Our goal: to support companies in their digital transformation and make business processes more efficient, transparent, and future-proof through intelligent automation. We leverage the power of artificial intelligence to take ServiceNow implementations to a new level—from strategic consulting and technical implementation to sustainable process optimization. As a company founded in Leipzig, we actively contribute to structural change in the region.
