Website access data

When you visit our website, our hosting provider records data that your browser transmits to enable secure delivery and stability: IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer URL, HTTP status code, transferred bytes, user-agent (browser/OS), and time zone.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation).
Retention: typically 30–90 days, longer only if needed to investigate incidents.

Hosting/Database (Processor): united-domains AG (webspace, database). We have a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) in place.

If you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g., name, email, message) to handle your request.
Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling inquiries); if pre-contractual/contractual, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Email provider (Processor): Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Microsoft may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and appropriate safeguards.

We currently only use essential cookies necessary for the website to function.

We do not sell personal data.

You have the following rights under the GDPR, subject to the legal conditions: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
